EPANET++ is a free web application for modeling water distribution networks, an extension of EPANET.
Run report
Shows the text report written by the EPANET engine for the last extended period simulation, including its warnings and the network summary. Each extended period simulation replaces it; a solve at a single instant does not, and an edit leaves the previous report in place.
- What the report holds
Choose Water, Reports, Run. The report is the text that the EPANET engine wrote for the last extended period simulation, in pages. It starts with the banner and the name of the network, then counts the junctions, reservoirs, tanks, pipes, pumps, and valves, then states the analysis options, and then lists the hydraulic status of the run with its warnings. The Copy button copies the text.
- Example on Net1
Open the Net1 example, which has been calculated already, and choose Water, Reports, Run. The summary counts 9 junctions, 1 reservoir, 1 tank, 12 pipes, 1 pump, and 0 valves. The headloss formula is Hazen-Williams, the hydraulic timestep is 1.00 hrs, and the total duration is 24.00 hrs.
